Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Clothing products are custom made for each customer, and generally arrive 10 to 15 days after an order is made. In some rare cases orders can take up to 21 days to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived in 21 days, please contact support@domplays.com. NOTE: That due to production difficulties caused by COVID-19, this delay has been extended to 30 days. Shipping rates are based on location and number of items purchased. Clothing tracking numbers are sent via email when a shipment leaves our warehouse.
Please note that clothing orders may arrive in different shipments at different times. If you receive only 1 item from your order in a shipment DO NOT WORRY. The rest of your order is on the way/still in production and will arrive soon. Be sure to pay attention to any/all tracking numbers you receive to keep track of all shipments.
Please note that sticker orders are shipped separately from clothing orders, and may arrive before or after a clothing shipment. Generally speaking sticker orders can be expected to arrive at U.S. based addresses within 3 to 5 days & internationally within 21 days. No tracking information is provided for sticker orders.

International Shipping:

All products are printed and shipped in the United States, so for international orders please allow up to 30 days for delivery. NOTE: That due to production difficulties caused by COVID-19, this delay has been extended to 40 days. 
Note that the customer is responsible for any and all import duties and/or tariff charges that may be applied to international orders.

Returns:

We believe you will love our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. For this reason if there is anything wrong with a garment or you receive a faulty product, please contact support@domplays.com immediately with all of the information regarding your issue; and we will get it taken care of with no cost to you. Below you will find the return policy for any items that were NOT faulty upon arrival.
Returns for full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) are accepted up to 7 days after the order has been delivered. If there is an error with a print, or delivery issues please immediately contact support@domplays.com with a full description and photo(s) of the issue. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or damaged upon reception.
Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. Returned items must be identical in condition and appearance to how they were received. Garments must not be washed or visibly worn, and should include all original tags/stickers. Any items that are found to be in any other condition will not be accepted. Please contact support@domplays.com if you would like to submit a return.
